My stay at this lovely retreat was truly enjoyable, marked by a stunning historic ambiance and outstanding food. The service, particularly during our restaurant visit, was a bit of a letdown with one unfriendly interaction, but overall, the staff made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and spacious, although a minor update wouldn't hurt. Also, the surroundings were absolutely beautiful, making it a nice escape, even though the remote location could be a drawback for some. Overall, it’s a gem worth visiting, especially for couples.
